I’m a physicist and software engineer from California working on quantum foundations and exploring the intersection of science, computation, and philosophy. Fundamental questions about reality and building formal, computational frameworks are at the core of my work. My interests primarily span particle physics, maths, and logic. On the other side, I work in cryptography and in building more efficient, reliable LLMs. I am especially interested in how machine learning and AI intersect with all these fields and science as a whole, both as tools for discovery, practical use, and as subjects of deeper theoretical study.
My schools of thought that I incline toward are critical rationalism, scientific realism, and skepticism. That said, I value philosophical exploration with open-ended curiosity, and I believe that ideas should always be explored and tested. One of our major aims for humanity should be to deepen general understanding while also providing tools that help create a more informed, safe, and constructive world.
